Adobe Photoshop CC Free Transform Tool
Adobe Photoshop CC Free Transform Tool. I use the tool all of the time with 99% of the images that I work with, day in and day out. Drop me a line for a private class, I’d love to help you understand and Master the tool.
I’ve been using Photoshop since 1993. The Free Transform Tool pretty much didn’t change for all of those years.
When resizing an image, making it bigger or smaller, for all of those years, to maintain aspect ratio, to keep the width and height proportionate, you had to hold down the shift key to make that happen. At the time when I made this video, that was true, but no more.
Now, when resizing an image, you don’t have to hold down the shift key to maintain aspect ratio.
Anyway, the Free Transform Tool, it’s great for resizing images, going from big to small, from small to big, flipping horizontal, flipping vertical, rotation images and much, much more.
When I’m not teaching, writing or creating stuff, many times I’m making Amazon.com book covers for Amazon, Romantic book writers. I buy my images from various sources. From those images, maybe I just need the little girl in the background. Maybe I just need the guy on the right hand side of the image. Maybe I just need the dog in the front of the image. Thus, using the Adobe Photoshop CC Free Transform Tool, I can mix 10 items from ten different photos, place them side by side and make them look like they all belong together in the same place. I get all of this done with the Free Transform Tool.
Watch the video. Give it a spin. You’ll love it.
