Using the Illustrator Rectangular Grid Tool is a real treat. As with all of the Adobe Illustrator tools, there are many keystrokes and button clicks that you can use to make your creativity come to life. Using the Illustrator Rectangular Grid Tool is just like many of the Adobe Illustrator tools.
When you use the Rectangular Grid Tool, there is a keystroke to reduce the number of vertical lines. There is a keystroke to increase the number of vertical lines. There is a keystroke to increase the number of horizontal lines. There is a keystroke to decrease the number of horizontal lines.
What if you want a rectangular grid that is a specific width and height? There is a way to make that happen. What if you want a certain number of horizontal lines? There is a way to make that happen also. What if you want to remove lines? Yes, you can make that happen too.

I had use the tool and it helped me get things done quick and easily in the past, but the keystrokes that you used advanced my understanding of how to get things done even faster. Also, there were a couple of things you did that I didn’t know you could do. Those things made a light go off in my mind and Shazam, I was off to the races.
